From the bustling kitchens of his previous restaurants in Mooloolaba and Forest Glen to the heart of Nambour’s Queen Street, he has built a loyal following with his signature dishes like handmade Momos, Shashi Chicken, and traditional Tibetan Goat Curry. Each dish is crafted from scratch, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, a testament to his commitment to quality and sustainability.
