Jampa, a seasoned chef with over two decades of experience on the Sunshine Coast, has built a reputation for delivering exceptional food and unforgettable dining experiences. Known simply by his first name as is customary in Tibet, Jampa discovered his passion for cooking while helping his mother feed his younger siblings. He brought his culinary dreams to life after moving to Australia, opening his first restaurant, Spirit of Tibet, in Mooloolaba over 22 years ago. Despite the challenges of relocation, Jampa has consistently earned a loyal following.

Jampa’s journey reflects his deep commitment to quality and community. His new restaurant is the culmination of years of experience, a love for authentic Tibetan flavours, and a vision to create a space where diners can savour traditional recipes.
